Stephanie A. Rezents

Stephanie A. Rezents, Esq. has concentrated in Family Law for 29 years. She is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and is a Bencher of the Hawaii Chapter of the American Inns of Court. She is named in The Best Lawyers in America 1993-2005 editions and has an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. In 1995, Stephanie was named Hawaii Woman Lawyers’ Outstanding Attorney of the Year and was a co-recipient of the HSBA’s Golden Gavel Award for Outstanding Volunteer Service to the Judiciary for her work with Kids First, a divorce education program. She is a 1977 graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii.

Thomas E. Crowley

Thomas E. Crowley, Esq. has 30 years of litigation experience in business and family law. In 1976, he graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai'i. He has served as a Deputy Public Defender, Counsel to the United States Senate Select Committee of Intelligence in Washington, D.C., a partner in the Honolulu law firm Cades Schutte, a solo practitioner, and curently, as partner in the law firm of Rezents & Crowley, LLC. Tom is recognized as one of Hawai'i's leaders in mediation and arbitration. He is the author of the highly-respected book: SETTLE IT OUT OF COURT: How to Resolve Business and Personal Disputes Through Mediation, Arbitration, and Negotiation (John Wiley & Sons, 1994). He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
